Access & IP: All materials, frameworks, templates, and recordings provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Confidentiality: Group call and Mastermind conversations are confidential — what's shared in the room stays in the room.
Right to remove: Alison K/CU Fitness reserves the right to remove a participant from any program for disruptive or abusive conduct, without refund.
Governing terms: These Terms of Purchase work alongside, and do not replace, any program-specific agreements (e.g., retreat terms and conditions) you sign separately.

General Terms

Reschedule your Blueprint session, 10 Days call, or a Mentorship/Mastermind call with at least 24 hours' notice.
Pause a Mentorship or Mastermind term for a documented medical or family emergency, at Alison's discretion and by written authorization only — not automatic. (Same standard as your 360 Club pause policy.)

There is no guarantee of specific results, income, or business outcomes from participation in any program. Your results depend on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances.

What you can do:

All sales are final. There are no refunds on any program listed above once you've enrolled, for any reason, including non-attendance or change of mind.

Cancellation & Refunds

Retreats (including any in-person or virtual retreat attached to a program above, such as the Mastermind's Innovate Retreat) are governed by their own separate Terms and Conditions, provided at the time of booking.

In brief: retreat dates and format can be moved or rescheduled, but retreats are not refundable and cannot be canceled early once booked. Full retreat-specific terms — deposits, travel, room assignments, and event-specific policies — are outlined in that separate agreement, which you'll review and accept when you reserve your spot.

Enrolling in a payment plan is a commitment to the full program price, paid across the scheduled installments — it is not a subscription you can cancel mid-plan.
All installments must be completed regardless of program usage or attendance.
A payment not received within 1 week of its due date incurs a late penalty of 10% of the total program investment, and access pauses until the account is current.
Repeated missed payments may result in the remaining balance being sent to collections or the account being closed with the full remaining balance still owed.

Mastermind membership auto-continues into the next 6-month cycle unless you provide 60 days' written notice before your current term ends that you don't wish to renew.

Renewal:

One included per 6-month period. Format (in-person/virtual) and dates are announced each cycle; retreat scheduling and travel are subject to the retreat's own terms (see your retreat T&Cs) and are not refundable or transferable outside that policy.

Innovate Retreat:

$4,000 paid in full for the 6-month term, OR
$695/month (6 payments = $4,170)

Price:

A 6-month container. Two group calls and one private call per month, plus access to an Innovate Retreat (in-person or virtual) each 6-month period.

What it is:

Mastermind

You have a 1-week grace period from the due date. After that, a late penalty of 10% of the total program investment is applied, and access pauses until the account is current.

Missed/late payments on a plan:

Available by custom arrangement only, always starting with the Blueprint as the entry point. Not sold as a standing package — reach out directly to structure this.

Month-to-month:

The $497 can be applied toward the Blueprint or toward the first stage of Private Mentorship if you upgrade within 3 months of completing your 10 Days experience. After that window, the credit expires and does not carry forward.

Credit toward other programs:

10 days from your scheduled call. No extensions.

Access window:

$497 — pay in full only.

Price:

A micro-experience — one call with Alison plus 10 days of access.

What it is:

10 Days with Alison

If you've purchased 10 Days with Alison, that $497 applies toward your Blueprint enrollment — see Section 5.

7 weeks from the date of your 3-hour session. Access does not extend beyond this window regardless of usage.
